TICKET TYPES

FLEX Tickets

FLEX tickets allow for a bigger window of entry. Whereas for regular tickets you are required to enter within the hour you purchased, FLEX tickets allow you to enter within a 4 hour window (2 hours before or 2 hours after your start time). FLEX tickets also allow you up to two change of date requests without incurring rescheduling fees. Requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the date of your booking.

There are no refunds or exchanges of tickets for the exhibit.

Tickets are available online at www.vangoghsf.com and directly at the box office on the day of the exhibit. Inventory is available at the door for each time slot (subject to availability) and is sold on a first come, first served basis.
